Tru Thoughts releases the second single to be taken from Quantic's third album 'Mishaps Happening', which has received support from the likes of Mr Scruff, Gilles Peterson, The Bees, Groove Armada, Domu and Aim. On this EP the title track gets remixed by Quantic himself, stripping apart the many layers of the original and adding some heavy breakbeats for the dancefloor.
'Departure' is a fast and funky Brazilian influenced track. 'Don't Joke With A Hungry Man' featuring the legendary Spanky Wilson gets the remix treatment from Seiji (Bugz In The Attic), already rocking clubs across the world on CDR. To round off the EP 'Quick Sand' is a deeper track for the ears rather than the feet. An amazing four track selection.
