The Soul train has come back, and the Funk machine of Los Charly's Orchestra is pumping the engine to full power with this new EP entitled "NUEVO DISCO". With four songs charged of NU Disco, Funk, Soul & Latin flavour, this release is definitively a consolidation of that sound always known as the signature sound of the band: (Chicano Salsoul).
Among the prolific line up of musicians collaborating with the making of this beautiful project: Xantone Blacq on keys, Matheus Nova from Brazil on Bass, Scott Baylis on Trumpet, Willmer Sifontes from Venezuela on percussion & Rotimo Soul doing the front vocals in between many others..
Crossing the line between the old and the new school, the new work of Los Charly's manages to position itself on a very smooth - soulful position, while still keeping a firm connection with the Disco-Funk line that has characterized the previous releases |
