Japan's hardest working funkateers, Osaka Monaurail return with a bang! 'State of the world' is packed with 'soon to be' classics, from the 'The Archipelago', an incredible mid-tempo number full of string and horn arrangements which could've ended up in any 'Shaft' movie to their steamin' version of the old dancefloor filler 'Hung up'.
