Two awesome Channel 1 singles repressed for the first time ever since their original releases 30+ years.
Little is known (to us) about Hands & Heart, other than that the group (?) recorded a tune for Pablo & Everton DaSilva around the same time as they cut a 12" for Channel 1 in the late '70s. This one is a great heavy roots tune with nice synth work. On the other side, this is our second Channel 1 release from Angela Prince, definitely cut at the same time as "Joker Lover" and just as heavy with the same somber tone.
Note about the sound samples: They may play at different volumes, however this is not the case on the record, have no fear! |
