This was the Fatback Band's 3rd album and was perhaps the turning point for the band particularly in the UK. Featuring3 of their all time greatest hits "(Are You Ready) Do The Bus Stop", "(Do The) Spanish Hustle" and "Party Time", Raising Hell is a sublime piece of 70s funk. Anyone who has seen the band perform live in the last few years will know that these numbers are show stoppers and the band's vast legion of whistle blowing fans go ape every time they hear them! |
