There's has been a lot of talk about the Boddie box set and frankly, it was worth the wait. It's maybe not so much about the pressing plant itself, but the labels that pressed their releases at Boddie: Soul Kitchen, Luau, Bounty..
This is some great Ohio soul music and will often find you jaw dropped. And while you're drooling over your keyboard checking on prices of original 45 from this compilation, you will be listening to this one over and over again, cause it's just a great collection of Soul music. Essential!
