At first we thought, somebody turned up another fantastic unreleased tape in the vaults of some record studio in Marrakesh or Abidjan - Middle Eastern funk grooves tossing out the speakers, polyrhythmic drums topped with sounds phrased like various ethnic records. Even the synthesizer plays like the Vis-a-Vis band has just been around the corner. This is how we like it.
